The Best Scholarships For Asian Women

There were 24 million Asian people in the United States in 2020 according to the census, and the Asian community is one of the most rapidly growing populations in the country. Consequently, 40% of the Asian population is pursuing higher education, and their high college retention rates make them perfect candidates for scholarships.

Here are some of the best scholarship awards offered to Asian women in the US and why they are worth applying for.

1. The Asian Women In Business Scholarship

Asian Women In Business is the only non-profit organization in the country that focuses on helping Asian women fulfill their goals of becoming entrepreneurs. In line with their mission, they offer scholarships to female students.

2. Central California Asian Pacific Women Scholarship

Central California Asian Pacific Women is an organization that commits to supporting API women in the Central Valley. They have been holding various events since 1980, with the focus of empowering women, advocating for social justice, and providing leadership and mentoring opportunities.

Their scholarships provide financial assistance to Asian and Pacific Islander (API) women pursuing higher education from Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, or Tulare County.
